   • Compiled the coalition's monthly newsblast and managed social media communication.

1. April 2021 – August 2022

   Project Assistant (Graduate Internship)

   SWEAN Project, International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA)

   • Supported the coordinator of a French Embassy–funded project strengthening the skills of women in Nigerian agribusiness.
   • Mapped existing agribusiness training offers and identified gaps in key training themes for women.
   • Developed, compiled, and reviewed training modules; contributed to the theory of change and logical framework.
   • Drafted baseline and end-line evaluation questions, then coded, analyzed, and reported the data.

2. November 2021 – March 2022

   Evaluator (External Consultancy)

   Work-In-Progress (WIP), Oxfam Novib

   • Conducted a midterm review of a youth employment project in Nigeria with a team of youth evaluators.
   • Designed the evaluation plan, formulated evaluation questions, and developed the sampling procedure.
   • Collected and analyzed data, reported findings, and provided recommendations.

3. November 2017 – July 2021

   Research Assistant

   Department of Agricultural Extension and Rural Development, University of Ibadan

   • Co-supervised two undergraduate and eight master's research students across topics from climate change to agricultural insurance.
   • Prepared distance-learning lecture materials and participated in field enumeration for multiple research surveys.
   • Conducted data entry, analysis, and interpretation of results.

   • Worked with farmers in Olorunda Cell, Ibadan to improve awareness of improved agricultural technology and decision-making.

   • Delivered trainings and compiled weekly reports for block extension supervisors.
